Communications Committee Update

For our work this year, we have largely focused on improving the quality of the list-serve, and making sure that our members see this as a valuable resource.  Specifically, we have enacted a new set of list-serve guidelines and a Moderation Team to help ensure that these guidelines are being followed.   Our second undertaking is currently in progress – we have convened a team of volunteers to help review the current AASECT website to make suggestions for how we might improve that content and user experience on the website.  We are looking to make some minor revisions in the immediate future, with some ideas for longer term projects.  Relatedly, we are also working on some ideas to increase our use of social media.  Stay tuned!!
