Exhibitor/Sponsor Details - AASECT Conference Cancellation
2020 AASECT Exhibitors and Sponsors -
As you may already be aware, the 2020 AASECT Annual Conference in Palm Springs has been cancelled. The Conference Planning Committee is exploring options for hosting a virtual experience and will continue to do so in the weeks ahead. Please stay tuned for more details on their plans.
The Board of Directors would like to extend our deepest appreciation to our exhibitors and sponsors. We appreciate your continued support of AASECT and hope you can join us next year in Tampa, FL!
For exhibitors and sponsors who have already made payments in support of the 2020 Annual Conference, you have two options:
- You can apply fees paid for the 2020 Conference to the 2021 Conference, taking place on June 10th – 13th at the J.W. Marriott in Tampa, FL. These fees will be transferred to the same exhibit or sponsorship package you selected for this year.
- You can opt out of applying your registration fee to next year and instead choose to have your exhibit package or sponsorship refunded in full. If you would like to request a refund, please respond to this email.
Please note - all attendees are responsible for canceling their own travel arrangements and confirming cancellation of any hotel accommodations.
Although it is disappointing to have to forgo our in-person meeting, the safety and health of our attendees, staff, and Palm Spring residents have been our primary concerns. We will miss seeing you in Palm Springs in June, but we look forward to seeing you in person at the AASECT 2021 Annual Conference in Tampa, FL.
