AASECT is excited to announce the two recipients of the 48th Annual Conference Creating Community Scholarships! We look forward to welcoming Jantel Jordan, MA and Martha Juarez to the Annual Conference! The fund was created to aid in overcoming obstacles that may prohibit those from attending its annual conference. Because of the generosity of our members and supporters, we are excited to offer these two scholarship opportunities for this year's conference.
We are just a couple weeks away from AASECT's 48th Annual Conference in San Juan, Puerto Rico! We are excited to share some information with you about a new plenary session at this year's conference! This year, the Saturday luncheon (sponsored by Trojan), will be a plenary session (one CE credit). The Trojan Plenary Luncheon is included in one's conference registration, but attendees must have a ticket to attend.
As we come together June 8-12, 2016 in San Juan, Puerto Rico for AASECT's 48th Annual Conference, we will examine the theme "Putting the Pieces Together: Inclusivity in Practice" as a means to increase the richness of the diverse identities and experiences within our field and AASECT. We hope you will be a part of the conference that features sessions exploring the ways in which we can work, with an eye towards expanding our understanding of the importance and significance of practicing inclusivity and impact-awareness, in the field of sexuality.

The 48th Annual AASECT Conference is June 8-12, 2016 in beautiful San Juan, Puerto Rico. Our 2016 conference theme is Putting the Pieces Together: Inclusivity in Practice, and as part of this, the conference planning team has been focused on cultivating a program that explores the various pieces in the mosaic of human sexuality, with an eye towards expanding our understanding of the utmost importance and significance of practicing inclusivity and impact-awareness in the field of sexuality.
