The Board approved a Position Statement on the topic of Sex/Porn Addiction and we are currently formulating our strategy to continue to release this statement to the media. Additionally, we launched a dedicated press listserv which currently includes nearly 100 AASECT members and makes them available for press inquiries from approximately 500 members of the Media.
International membership continues as a small but important part of our organization. We wanted to share with the membership the recent decision regarding international certification applications. The message below was recently sent to all of AASECT’s international members.
