AASECT Mentoring Program: Opportunities for Growth and Support: In my role as the Chair of AASECT’s Outreach Steering Committee, 2015 was a year for exploring ways to improve AASECT’s outreach both domestically and internationally. A significant part of those efforts were focused on revitalizing and enhancing AASECT’s mentoring program. The mentoring program is designed to help support members through various stages of their professional development.
